HOW TO MAKE RAINBOW CRAFTS?

MATERIALS:

Cardstock or Construction Paper (White)
Wiggle eyes (2)
Rainbow Colored Craft Sticks
Glue
Black Pen

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut out the shape of cloud from the white cardstock paper.

2. Glue the rainbow colored sticks on one side of the cloud cutting as shown below. Let it dry for some time.

3. Glue the wiggle eyes on the other side of the cloud and make mouth/nose with a black pen. And your smiling rainbow is ready.
