Paper Plate Mickey Mouse

Who doesn't love Mickey Mouse? This lovely cartoon was created in 1928 and is one of the most recognizable characters today.

My toddler is a big fan of the entire Mickey Mouse family - Goofy, Pluto, Minnie, Daisy, and Donald. Creating this Mickey Mouse craft was a great way to engage and entertain my daughter for an afternoon.

Here is my daughter playing with her mickey mouse craft -

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut out the shape of Mickey's face from the white paper plate.

2. Cut out the shape of ears and nose from black cardstock paper.

3. First, glue the white paper plate face cut out on the black paper plate.

4. Next, glue the wiggle eyes, nose, and ears.

5. Make the mouth and an arc under the eyes using a black pen. I mostly do the drawing work with pencil first then help my toddler draw over it using sketch pens.

6. Make the tongue using a red pen. And your kid's funny Mickey mouse craft is ready!
